Choose the Professional plan if you prefer us to handle everything - we manage API keys, payment for model usage, and make sure providers don't use your data for training. Choose the Teams plan if you need central billing and more credits for your team.

We don't offer a traditional free trial, but you can choose to get a full refund for any of the paid plans within 30 days of creating your account including any credits spent on model usage. We also have a Free plan that lets you use Cellm with your own API keys at no cost. This is perfect for getting started and trying out all the features.

An API key is a unique identifier that authenticates your direct requests to use hosted models. When you use your own API key, you're responsible for managing your own billing relationship with the model provider. When you use Cellm's hosted models on the Professional or Teams plans, we manage the API keys and billing on your behalf, and you only pay for your Cellm subscription instead.

No, we never save any data from your spreadsheets. On the Free plan, we save your prompts to understand how you use Cellm so we can improve it. If you use your own API key to other model providers, you need to read their privacy policy because whether they use your data or not is between you and them. If you don't login to the Cellm client, we save your prompts to understand how you use Cellm so we can improve it, but even here we specifically and deliberately do not save any data from your spreadsheet.

Billing works on a monthly subscription cycle and you are charged at the beginning of each cycle. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• For the Power User plan ($9), you pay a flat monthly subscription fee to Cellm. Any usage costs from hosted AI models are billed to you directly by those providers, not Cellm.
• For the Professional plan ($29/month), your monthly subscription includes $20 credits that covers your usage of Cellm-managed Mistral models. We pay Mistral for your usage, deducting from your credit. Any usage beyond the $20 credit is paused until your next billing cycle. You can renew your billing cycle whenever you want to top up your account.
• As an administrator of your Teams plan, your monthly subscription includes $40 credits for each of your team members' usage of Cellm-managed Mistral models. We pay Mistral for your usage, deducting from your credit. Any team member's usage beyond the $40 credit is paused until your next billing cycle. You can renew your billing cycle whenever you want to top up your account.

You can view your billing history and manage your subscription details in your account settings.

If a scheduled payment for your subscription fails, your account will remain active but you will lose access to the paid features. Our payment processor, Stripe, will automatically attempt to retry the payment a few times over the following days. We will also send you email notifications informing you about the failed payment and providing instructions on how to update your payment method. You can update your card details or payment method directly in your dashboard.

Yes, you can switch plans at any time. The change is applied at the beginning of you next billing cycle.

No, we do not offer any discounts.

Yes, you can get a full refund for any of the paid plans within 30 days of creating your account. If you cancel a Professional or Teams plan after 30 days we'll refund your unspent model usage credits. See our refunds page for more information.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to use Cellm until the end of your billing period. After that, you will be downgraded to an inactive plan.

We use the pricing from Mistral's pricing page. For each prompt, we calculate the cost from the length of your prompt and the model's response and deduct the cost from your balance. We don't charge anything on top of your usage. Taxes, fees to our payment provider, and any other expenses are covered by your monthly subscription fee.

Access to Cellm-managed models will be paused until your next billing date. However, you can renew your subscription immediately and continue using Cellm-managed models without interruption. Alternatively, you can switch to local models or bring your own API keys (BYOK) at any time.

Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. If you consistently have leftover credit, you might consider adjusting your usage patterns or exploring more powerful models.
