Refunds & Cancellation
Cellm may turn out not to be for you and that is okay. This page explains we handle refunds and cancellation of your subscription.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Your subscription is billed on a monthly basis in advance of the upcoming service period. Your chosen payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle until your subscription is cancelled.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your Cellm subscription at any time directly from your dashboard.
- Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active, and you will continue to have full access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period.
- After Your Subscription Ends: Your account will automatically transition to the Free plan. Your account and associated email address will remain active, allowing you to access the free features or resubscribe in the future. If you wish to permanently delete your account, you can do so from your dashboard.
You cannot delete your account while your paid subscription is active, as we require your email for essential communication like billing issues or data breach notifications.
Refunds
The base monthly fee of $5 associated with the Professional and Power User plans is generally non-refundable. When you subscribe, you gain access to the service for the entire billing period. The base fee covers this access for the duration of the subscription period, regardless of usage.

Refunds on the Power User Plan
The Power User plan is structured into a base fee and usage credits. Here's how refunds work:
- Monthly Cost: $15 ($5 base fee and $10 in usage credits).
- Refund: Any unspent portion of the $10 in usage credits will be refunded to your original payment method after your subscription term concludes. For example, if you have used $3 of your $10 credits by the end of your final active billing period, you will receive a refund of $7 for the unused credits. The $5 base monthly fee portion of your subscription is non-refundable.
Refunds on the Professional Plan
The Professional plan consists of a base fee only. Here's how refunds apply:
- Monthly Cost: $5 (this is the base fee).
- Refund: The $5 monthly fee for the Professional Plan is non-refundable. There are no usage credits or other components eligible for a refund with this plan.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unique situations can arise. While our policy is designed to be applied consistently, we may consider refunds or credits outside of these standard terms in very specific, exceptional circumstances, such as a documented billing error on our part or a significant, prolonged service outage for which Cellm is directly responsible and has not been rectified in a timely manner. Any such exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please email us at support@getcellm.com.
Changes to This Policy
Cellm reserves the right to update or modify this Refunds & Cancellation Policy at any time. We will post any changes on this page. If the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice, such as an email notification to our active subscribers.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund and cancellation practices. Your continued use of Cellm services after any changes to this policy are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
